We found the salesman David Virgell to be very freindly and extremely helpful in our search for a new car he spent a lot of time and was very patience with us as we had a hard time deciding which vehicle we wanted to purchase. Sick of wasting my time with them. Took my car in for a recall and check engine light and come back with something unrelated to the problem area broken inside the car. Third time this has happened and they say it's not them and had something to do with how many miles were on my car. That has nothing to do with it. Wasted mileage on my car and time for them to tell me that in person instead of over the phone. Five years of going to them and don't think I'll be taking it back now. They weren't too nice about it either.
I love East Madison Toyota! Everyone is always friendly & helpful and fun to hang out with!
