We just purchased our 6th vehicle since Lancaster days through Penske's East Madison. John is a great manager, a great guy and so easy to work with. Matt in finance was fast, courteous and professional. My salesperson is Zac. Definitely go see Zac no matter what you're looking for. He's a straight shooter and a real pleasure to work with. I purchased a Tundra and my upgrades were all installed in one day within a week of my purchase date. A smoother a transaction there has never been! I highly recommend East Madison Toyota.

Very disorganized, keep you waiting, not helpful dealership. We are still waiting to get a second key for our used care we bought there. They don't seem to care about customer service. Go somewhere else if you can!!
