The people at East Madison Toyota are fantastic! They inadvertently overcharged me $85 on the recent service I had done, and they just called me to let me know to expect a refund check. That's pretty impressive! Kathy Bush, thanks for being a great salesperson, and I'm really impressed with how Keith handled that.
Shane and Matt did a great job setting me up with new car. I had other obligations that day and several errands to run- they helped me to make it all happen -and buy a new car- by clearly communicating the time process would take, what do they need from me, etc. East Madison Toyota will definitely make car buying fit in your busy schedule!
I had an appointment at 10am in the morning to see 2 specific vehicles. One was sold already and the other was in the shop. It was 10:45 before we even test drove a car, while our salesman was selling a car to a different person at the time of our appointment. We waited almost 6 hours for a reply on a loan in the waiting room with 2 kids who wanted to be anywhere but there. We had an amazing experience with the staff here, selfishly Gary, Cory & Jimmy. Everyone was wonderful really. They took time to explain throughly & had patience working with us. They really made the experience enjoyable which doesn't happen all the time car shopping. Thanks guys! ��
