I wish I could give 0 stars. My year old car refuses to start. This is not a priority for their service department. I will be losing a significant amount of money in lost income, and I'm told to wait more than a week to have the car even looked at.
We recently purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and expected a lot more out of their customer service. First, we drove both cars off of the lot with LESS than a full tank of gas. In my mind, that is just standard customer service for purchasing a car. Second, the cars were not detailed or shampooed inside (we bought used vehicles).
