RecommendedI got my car in December of 2016 and it has been wonderful!! I get all of my oil changes and minor maintenance work done through East Madison Toyota thanks to my service plan. Today I got my brakes changed (additional cost than my plan which is to be expected) and figured I'd wait for it to be complete and do some work since I work from home anyways. RecommendedI was so angry when I came to East Madison Express I even cried because of the costs being thrown at me. But I would like to thank the General Manager John Wineke and Service Manager Pablo Di Paola for assisting me and taking the time to help me. I highly recommend buying your vehicles here because the service is awesome. I would also say big thank you Toyota for understanding my need and safety of my vehicle.
I love my new Rav and I want to commend East Madison Toyota on the excellent experience I received when purchasing my vehicle! The atmosphere was very pleasant while I was there. Andy and Rudy were top notch and Jonathan too . Shopping for a car can be very intimidating so thank you for making me feel at ease.

I worked with a salesman here, Jerry, who was just amazing. He didn’t push me into making decisions I wasn’t ready for and was incredibly knowledgeable. A vehicle purchase is a very big thing to do, but he made the whole process comfortable. I would very highly recommend him.
