I went to order a new truck they asked me what colors. I said brown and maybe white. So they called me back the next day. Was a Saturday morning I went in to order it. Then just before I walked out thinking it was all set they asked if we can’t get the brown will you take white. I said no I’m set now on brown. They said they would call Monday So I called past noon they said they where busy cleaning snow off cars. They called and never did. I think wanted me to take the white one. Unfair in their practices at the Express location.
My son got a $3200 estimate from Toyota, when I went there they knocked it down to $2500 without explanation. Local service station did the same work for $110.00. Watch out young people they will try to take advantage!
