On the 15 years of traveling heavily around this great country, this was the worst TSA experience I ever had. They failed to say the Pre check was closed and allowed me to enter a Pre check line, check my ID, let ,e go through normal; metal detector with shoes and jacket on. Then tries to tell me I must be new because I forgot to take my laptop out. When I questioned this, o was to;d it was on the blue card. I had no idea what they meant until I was rudely told Pre check was closed. I assume the card was the please take your... read more
The airport was clean and nicely laid out. Restrooms were well maintained and clean. Enough variety of eateries and shops. Our check in through TSA was very quick. Rental car companies are located right next to baggage claim, and the cars are right across the street. Wish our airport was like this!
It was a clean airport. I would have liked a few more food choices. Check in four the flight was smooth and going through security was easy. Flying in and out from this airport helped make the trip simple.
