Love flying in and out of John Wayne. Small airport, fast check in and no waiting at terminals for departures.
Being From Orange country I have flew out of John Wayne for many years, but last night I was shocked to see JW's TSA agents be so cruel to someone with a disability in my life. A woman was blind and require a guid dog for assistance, but the TSA agents treated her like a 3rd rate citizen. Since she was blind TSA required a longer time to go through the machine with her dog because of her bag sat at the station for a longer period of time. Easy to get in and out. Security lines went quickly.
Fastest security lines. Easy in & out rental car companies. Clean restrooms. Nice United Club.
