Agents were extremely helpful when My family arrived to print boarding passes. I had my hands full literally with bags, toddler and searching for ID. Agent assisted me with my bags and helped me get passes printed quickly. Great customer service
So convenient, small and a great experience! I fly into John Wayne airport whenever I am in Orange County! It's my "go to" airport in that area!
If you don't have a long stop over ,no problem. We had a 3hr.stopover,and many of the stores were going out of business.

Nice airport, good helpful staff that I encountered. As with all airports, services are over priced.Would that some day an airport administrator would actually choose their airport to be a public service instead of a profit center..
