Excellent service best around stay away from dealers in Dayton and drive here . I live in south bend Indiana area and the dealers up here could learn some good points on how things are done well here
I am visiting Ohio from Nashville, TN doing some work up here and I needed an oil change. My car also hesitated to start this morning so I took it by Joe Morgan Honda. (I prefer to take it to Honda Dealerships only, nobody else is touching it) I had a wonderful experience, my service advisor was great, wait time was great, prices were great. The chairs in the waiting room were even great! You guys blow Crest Honda and Music City Honda back in Nashville out of the water!! I was 100% satisfied and so is my car Pearl!!

We had wanted a 2016 CR-V but weren't quite ready to purchase. However, my husband found the perfect one on Joe Morgan Honda's website. This was on Sunday and they're closed but I submitted my credit app online in the event we wanted to get it. Brady contacted me the next morning. By Monday night after work I drove her home. Brady was so easy to work with and everything went smoothly.
Great cars and great customer service! I still take my car there for maintenance and always have a positive experience!
