I am only rating this dealership as okay for the service we received. The actual dealership has many cars on their lot to pick from which was nice but the service from the sales was not professional! No name bashing but our sales rep was always on the phone walking us to cars and even when we at this desk trying to make an offer! Maybe he's over worked and more people need to be hired. I helped my parents price shop for a 2016 Honda Odyssey from several dealers in Dayton and Cincinnati. After emailing Joe Morgan for a quote Brady reached out to me. He was so great to work with. He easily beat everyone's price and was so easy to work with. We got a great deal on a great car. The transaction once my parents got to the dealership was so easy they couldn't believe it. After multiple times taking my car to Joe Morgan (and thinking that every time will it be different) I continue having the same disappointment not only with their mechanics but their Service Reps. After working with and purchasing my vehicle from another dealership that was very unprofessional and unhelpful, I decided to take my Honda to Joe Morgan in Monroe for a repair. Best decision I could've made! The staff at Joe Morgan were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. This was our second new car purchase with Brady Doyle at Joe Morgan Honda. Brady made himself available to us and was wonderful to work with. He made the buying process easy and efficient which is a huge blessing considering we had three kids in tow!
