I have a vehicle that has been in the collision center for 6 weeks. While the insurance company has been slow, Joe Morgan Honda has not initiated any communication with us. If we do not call, we do not know what is going on. We we're told our car should be ready by the end of the week last week. Very rude and pompous service from Nick when we took my mom to look for a new car. Nick was not only rude but either not knowledged on the car or giving false information. We brought our mechanic and I'm glad we did. We won't return and will advise others to go elsewhere. Very disappointing.
