I went in Joe Morgan to compare prices from a competitor. I was told a good price, went home to compare/consider, called back a little bit later to tell them they had a deal, and then was told they would not honor what the salesman had told me. If the offer was too good to be true, they shouldn't have let me walk out thinking it was. I'm not against reasonable prices, but I am 100% against misleading customers. RecommendedI’ve never purchased a vehicle here but since moving to Ohio in 2019. This is the only place that I have serviced my vehicles. Their service department is A+ in customer service, parts, and professionalism. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else but here!
I wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance team (Trevor) at Joe Morgan Honda in Monroe. They spent several hours looking for the problem with my Honda CR-V. They only charged me $100 to fix a wiring issue that took several hours to find. My dad said it was well over $100 worth of work. They went above and beyond our expectations. I’m very pleased. We thought the Honda was toast, but hey, it runs great! I’m very happy with it!
Beth and Dwayne are awesome. This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was treated right, was given a great offer for my trade in and I got a great deal on my Civic Hatchback. I couldn’t be happier.
I do not recommend Joe Morgan Honda. In may of 2019 I purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu it was supposed be pre certified. the sensor light was on and I asked the sales men what does light mean he told me he wasn't sure. 7 months down the line every sensor in the car is bad and is causing engine problems. ohh and the power train warranty I purchased does cover electrical issues.
