Very rude and pompous service from Nick when we took my mom to look for a new car. Nick was not only rude but either not knowledged on the car or giving false information. We brought our mechanic and I'm glad we did. We won't return and will advise others to go elsewhere. Very disappointing.
Gordon Stout made my purchase through email so easy. I would absolutely drive an hour to buy a car from here again. The service was great from everyone I encountered.
After several awful experiences at another Honda dealership, we took our car to Joe Morgan- after a recommendation by a friend. Such a good decision- they took such good care of us and our car- fixing some issues that the other dealership kept missing. Even though they are further than where we normally take our car for oil changes, I have started going there- they are more affordable and much more pleasant than any other option we have tried!!!

I wanted to thank everyone who recommended Schmidt Auto Care. Not only were they extremely thorough in examining my van, they did research on the problem & found out that Honda has put out a service bulletin on the issue many times ( which the Castrucci Honda dealership left out of the $5000 estimate they gave me for their recommendation of a new transmission!!) Yesterday I bought my second car from Joe Morgan Honda. My salesperson, Nick, was fantastic. He also sold me my last car which made it well over 200,000 miles. He went above and beyond on his day off to find me the car I was looking for and got it out the door for the price I needed. Thank you!
Went in for an oil change. They also washed my car. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean waiting area and showroom. Will definitely go back!
