My car was totaled on Halloween night and I've spent the last two months searching for a nice, used car. As a woman shopping by herself, my experiences at other dealerships in the area were horrible! We were traveling for a night away and our Honda Pilot started flashing a systems error. We drove to Joe Morgan Honda and they saw us immediately! Mike from the Service Department was fantastic!! They got us in and out within 15 min so that our little ones could get to Great Wolf Lodge as planned. Thank you SO much for being so great Joe Morgan Honda!!
My wife and I purchased a car at Joe Morgan Honda in August 2017 and could not have been more pleased! Patrick, our sales agent, the managers, and business manager, Jim, were all terrific. They were all very professional, courteous, patient, and fair. They will treat you as a person, not just as a "number." We had been to another Honda dealership the same day and there was absolutely no comparison. Save your time and shop here first!
Bought a vehicle, not a Honda, but had excellent service from Patrick in sales and Mark (the finance guy). Thank you for making this process pretty painless and not being pushy about anything! I would highly recommend Joe Morgan Honda to anyone I know!
My parents bought a used Ford Escape a few weeks ago and were told by there salesman Nick Bengal the exhaust had a small whole and would be no more than $200 to fix. After my dad took it to have fixed it was $1000 and they were told by the sales manager and there salesman oh well your problem. If this is the way you treat elderly people you should be ashamed. My parents are far from wealthy and that is life changing for them. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER buy from you and I know a lot of people.
