Two red flags: first one was when salesman didnt want the business card of the salesman that helped me when I was there before. Apparently he didnt want to split any commission. Last straw was when he quotes me an out the door price which was not the same price on papers he wanted me to sign. He also raised the deposit amount on the car. Fortunately I double checked what he quoted me, which I showed him, against papers he had ready for me to sign. I walked out and we took our business elsewhere.

The customer also requested $2007.40 in additional accessories; the price was then quoted with the additional accessories and an additional $1000.00 deposit which was required to order the additional accessories that the customer requested. They took advantage of a single mom and my child !! I made an appointment to get my car serviced for a recall and my tire . I had to work so I sent my 17 year old daughter to sit with my car . Somehow , I end up with the recall an tire alignment.. A alignment I didn’t ask for and was charged for, but what I ask for I didn’t get my tire stem fix as requested. RecommendedPatrick was an A+ right out the gate. He greeted me with the best personality and helped me walk away with an awesome upgrade! I went on a whim and left thinking that was so fast and easy. I’d recommend Patrick and the whole team over again n again for how great they all were. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!!
If you want to sit in the waiting area for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change then Joe Morgan Honda is your place to go! No other services but a simple oil change and when I mentioned it had been that long to the service advisor, not even a hint of an apology.
I want to thank Steve Dunlap and Joe Morgan Honda for making my purchase an awesome experience. Steve answered all my questions and even ones I didn’t think to ask. Looking to buy a car/suv I truly recommend you take the time to visit Joe Morgan Honda, I’m loving my new 2021 CR-V.
