After multiple times taking my car to Joe Morgan (and thinking that every time will it be different) I continue having the same disappointment not only with their mechanics but their Service Reps. Now they are indicating that it is my fault that my car is burning oil after being the only dealership I have taken my car since I moved from Florida. After working with and purchasing my vehicle from another dealership that was very unprofessional and unhelpful, I decided to take my Honda to Joe Morgan in Monroe for a repair. Best decision I could've made! The staff at Joe Morgan were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be taking my car to Joe Morgan from here on out for any other needs I may have and referring to all of my friends and family! Thank you to all of the staff at Joe Morgan!
Bought 2 cars from this dealer, they are amazing. Their maintenance is also awesome !! They are determined but not pushy to get you in a car that is best for you and your needs, and they are nice and polite. Showroom is wonderful and child friendly.
This was our second new car purchase with Brady Doyle at Joe Morgan Honda. Brady made himself available to us and was wonderful to work with. He made the buying process easy and efficient which is a huge blessing considering we had three kids in tow! We always have our vehicle serviced at Joe Morgan Honda as well and have been very pleased Customer Service at Joe Morgan Honda is outstanding!
Nice people, a little irritated they told me they had a shuttle today. I have to wait an hour for an oil change. Told I may get a loaner, and they couldn't do that either. Not bad though. Reasonable price, too.
Edit: I am editing my post about Joe Morgan Honda because Brad called me and we talked for a while. He told me that his honest price quote from them was $418, and not sure why I was able to get a lower rate, he said this is something he will check into. We agreed on a price to have the windshield replaced.
