I have a lot of running around to do during the day and needed a oil change, saw that Joe Morgan service opened at 7AM. They let me in at 6:45AM and was on my way to work by 7:30 AM. Always enjoy coming to Joe Morgan Honda, even this early in the morning. Life time customer !!!!!
First time getting service there. I had wonderful experience, thanks to Brandon W. in your service center. My car was fixed in no time, took the extra to explain and show me what was done. Thanks for going the extra mile and making my experience a great one!
After a very bad experience with another local Honda dealer (who were not responsive to my repeated communications for information), I decided to take my business to Joe Morgan Honda. Not only was I answered almost immediately after my initial request for information, I was treated with respect (unlike the other dealership). Melissa Bailey made my first car purchase easy and less anxiety-provoking. I would highly recommend Joe Morgan Honda to anyone looking for a car.
This place is a joke. I come to purchase a used car for 8 grand. They went my application to prime banks knowing it wouldn't get approved so they can get the financing kick back to make more money on a car they prices too low. I TOLD them to go to TWO banks who I've recently had car loans through and never been late. Well come to find out they didn't send them to those banks. What GREAT customer service. I will never be back and will never refer anyone to this dealership. Sales lady was great. Other then that.. What a joke.
