Their price was extremely reasonable and if they weren't a 4 hour drive, we would have gone and test driven the truck. Unfortunately, Cargurus provided dealerships well outside the 150 mile radius we were willing to drive. The follow up was not obnoxious, rather it was very polite and once informed that we had already purchased a vehicle, we didn't get a ton of emails pestering at us.

Again, the response was swift and selections plentiful, due to the location of the dealer I was able to make arrangements to meet with a sales person very quickly and I was given the opportunity to drive an alternative make and model of vehicle. I have been very happy with the GMC Terrain, Denali that I purchased. Thanks so much to all the members of the dealership who worked so hard to put me in my new ride!

Wont buy here again! Drove 2 hours for a vehicle. Set payment and pricing while we were there 3/23/19 they had to keep it because the bank wasn't opened and it needed a part so they agreed to bring it to me That Monday no phone call until I contacted them and the payment and interest rate changed. I tried getting the price down again to atleast the payment would be what I was quoted on Saturday and they said the part cost $1000 and they just couldn't come down any due to the part.. took a week and it was delivered this past ... read more

We are sorry the vehicle was not cleaned properly before being delivered to you.We addressed the issue with our recon department.As we explained the other day by our Manager, the service records were in glove box of the vehicle but were thrown away during the reconditioning process.
