They are outstanding, I did not make a purchase but not because of anything they did. I was looking for a lifted Jeep for the wife and had one picked out and ready but she didn’t like the color of the Jeep enough to pull the trigger. But they were Great.

Brooke was the best in the biz at helping my Dad purchase a “new” to him used truck. Call my dad old fashioned and that’s an understatement- he can be a handful or more to deal with over something like purchasing a newer vehicle. Brooke made the process super easy and quick and answered all of our questions. We got the truck at a steal of a price and overall my Dad is so thrilled (it’s hard to impress the simple man!) we were there less than 4 hours which is quick for buying a vehicle in my opinion (test drive included.) I asked for the carfax on a vehicle they had. They emailed me 3 times asking if when i wanted to test drive. Never sent the carfax

Very poor experience. We went to the dealership and was told that the Jeep was not available and the salesman didn't have any information on it. We then emailed the dealer and was told the Jeep needed to go thru their shop and I assumed they would let me know when I could return to see it. I then received a text that the Jeep had been sold

I am sorry you were told on 12/7 that it was available and going through the shop they did not explain that it was available to be sold sight unseen. Also on 12/7 when we responded to your pricing question and asked if you had any other questions we should have let you know there were several others interested in that vehicle.
Charley and everyone I spoke with at from Joe Bowman were great. Charley delivered the car to my home for test drive and picked it up. They are very considerate of my time and keep contact at the minimum. Iâm sticking with them since theyâve made my experience so far very enjoyable.
