Dealer was quick to respond. Vehicle in question had a deposit down on it but I made an appointment to look at another, similar vehicle. That was clean and appeared to be in great shape. Contracted to purchase that day. No problem recommending this dealership.

The car has bunches of deep scratch on hood and passenger door

Sir just because a used car has scratches I dont see what would justify a 2 star review. The vehicle having scratches, and you not purchasing it, is not a reflection of the service you received.

The value you wanted for your car was $3000 over MSRP when it was new per the Window sticker you provided us. We are unable to put more in a vehicle than what the market says it is worth, that doesnt mean that it is a low ball offer. Thanks

Asked for pics under the vehicle for rust and the frame was soooo bad. So we passed but then they continued to call us,esp the sales girl who make a point to tell me that they sold the vehicle…sooooo. Smh good For u.
