Their customer service rep was great to work with. She seemed to have our best interests at heart as we searched for trucks, not pestering us but just keeping in touch. Sales guy seemed indifferent on the phone, truck had been there 70+ days, but he said it was at market price. Also their high “doc fee” was a turnoff.

Personnel very very helpful, but their Website not updated very well. Vehicle I was looking at was removed from website inventory and advertising. So I thought it had been sold so I stopped chasing it down. could no longer research vehicle. Had it not been for Megan following up, I would have moved on. Great Internet sales staff! they are trying to work through all these IT issues they are having.
