They were excellent!! Tiffany, John and Chad were wonderful to deal with! I would recommend this dealership over any i have ever felt with! In fact i have already given their name to someone who is looking for a nice used vehicle! Him in the finance dept was great as well!! They will be my go to dealership for all future purchases! Dealer acted like he didn't have time to help us. Sent us on a test drive alone because all there sales people were to busy! Then didn't even provide us with a business card.

I bought a mini van from out of state. Sales rep, Megan gathered all the fees and taxes and emailed them to me in writing. The quick and efficient communication made the process stress free. I bought a high mileage van for my business. Car has been driven for a few weeks now and it has been very reliable, pleasure to drive. Very happy with purchase! Two thumbs up!

after a call from your sales rep, i made a offer for the vehicle in question,at that time your rep said she would pass it on and get back with me, at this point i have not heard a thing, so i guess you didnt want to make a deal. my off was fair i do believe, which was 3500, but no higher then 3900.

Joe Bowman Auto Plaza has the rudest sales managers and customer service I have ever experienced anywhere, Walmart has better service than Joe Bowman’s sales managers. I called to inquire about a truck since I am three hours away, if the price was right I was going to drive down to take a look and purchase the vehicle, but they have lost my business.
