Both Charles and Manager, Chad, were very professional and negotiated where they could to my satisfaction ( and I'm never satisfied )--But they did it; with adding a feature I wanted as well for a low cost. Owner,Joe Bowman. also greeted me and reflected the friendliness and work ethic which I believe he instills in his people. Very satisfied and bought this super clean Highlander

Without a doubt the best dealership I have ever dealt with. A great organization from bottom to top. Very honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend going to them if you are looking for a vehicle. I will be going back one day when I need another vehicle.

Excellent customer service! Kyle was especially helpful. Everyone at the dealership was professional and seemed to really want to assist me. They were not as aggressive as some other dealerships and I appreciated that. They gave me the time I asked for when I was making a decision. Now I love my new car!!!

I drove 3.5 hours to look at a "pristine" (there description) vehicle that had a negotiable price. Only to find out after I arrived the vehicle had been WRECKED and wasn't documented on the Carfax report. Furthermore, upon pointing out the damage coverup, their idea of negotiation was $350 dollars! Complete was of a 7 hour round trip..
