The sales people i spoke with were really nice to me.my only issue was the communication..i made an offer on this vehicle early in the morning and was not told either yes or no until way late that evening..to me that's not how you keep customers...and I was told by a representative later that was not how they conducted business..honestly I hope I was just a simple error in the communication line and not the norm...either way I won't be shopping there again

Both Charles and Manager, Chad, were very professional and negotiated where they could to my satisfaction ( and I'm never satisfied )--But they did it; with adding a feature I wanted as well for a low cost. Owner,Joe Bowman. also greeted me and reflected the friendliness and work ethic which I believe he instills in his people. Very satisfied and bought this super clean Highlander
