I contact the dealer on line and they called me within 30 minutes, we set an appointment to test drive the vehicle of interest, I could not get to thee dealership for a few days and they ask if I would like to put a deposit on that vehicle, I declined because they had several vehicles of interest in their inventory, My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to test drive the vehicle to find out it had sold that morning, but they put us in another 2017 Traverse with the same trim package with an interior color that we liked better for le... read more

I try to work out a deal their response was super slow and when I got finally got a buyers order it had extra charges and government fees that never existed for Colorado and instead of talking to me they just told me it was what it was

The buyers order that was sent to you had all the fees that REGUSA, a DMV software that is used nationwide to calculate DMV fees charged different states, required to do business in Colorado and that are charged to do business in Virginia, as was discussed with you buy Management. We are sorry our response time was delayed with you.
Will work with you any way they can. Joe bowman associates are the most helpful I've seen and I went to quite a few dealerships before I bought a silverado from there
