I purchased a truck here about a month and a half ago. Me and my wife spent over 25,000 everything was going well until it was time to pick up the truck. First it wasn't ready which whatever I can deal and then I'm told it'll be delayed longer so great news. Then when we finally pick it up one side of the rain guards are ripped off. Were told we need to pay to fix it until we proved they were on the truck in the pictures we took. I do not recommend. I bought a car there 2 years ago and there were a bunch of broken parts on it that should have been replaced. They didn’t then when we went to them asking why they weren’t fixed or even why we weren’t informed of them they basically said not their problem. The same issue happened a year later and I failed my inspection because of it so they should have never even passed the car inspection to be able to sell it to me. Just had my 14’ silverado in for an oil change. First things first, I was there for an hour and a half for an oil change. THEN when I get cashed out and my vehicle is returned to me they informed me “all fluids and tire pressures were topped off”. Well my tire pressures are not set. And my washer fluid is still so empty that my light is on.
