How come the last two times I had my vehicle in to have something done (first time undercoating, second time oil change) I get my car back and my front license plate is bent over? Was it because of the free car wash they did for me? That's just totally ridiculous in my opinion! Then I also left messages about this and never received a response. They denied my valid recall reimbursement for my vehicle that I traded into them! Every time I go there with an issue I get the run around. I’m regretting my decision to go back there to purchase my 2019 Blazer. Poor customer service, poor customer satisfaction, no one ever answers the telephone in the service department.
