Out of all the dealerships I have been to over the last few months I am so glad I found Joe Basil. The finance manager John, and the sales rep Tom were amazing! they were very nice and fast about getting us into the car we have been searching for.

So, Joe Basil Chevy had my truck since Jan 11th (it's now Feb 29th) for a front end accident (hit a deer, geico suggested I go here)They had body work completed then found the transmission needed to be replaced. I've had little to no communication from them through the whole process. Last night they call me right before close to tell me my truck is ready. Today I call to see about getting my truck inspected before I pick it up (it expires today) then I'm told my battery is dead. And I need to buy a battery and drive it 100 m... read more
