had an oil change and they tightened down the filter to tight wrecked the gasket almost 2 qts of oil on my drive way then say no charge and I say thats it no charge the reply is how about a free car wash. On the good side now my truck has been under coated 2x . Not even a sorry or a free oil change just a bad lie to cover the kid that screwed up ( I was an aircraft mechanic) Bought 2 trucks and 1 lease from them never again

I took the extended inside & outside on my vehicle .. I filed a claim in August. It took till December to come in ??? Way to long. But when it arrived I made an appointment and it’s complete. Good service but not good timing
