I bought three cars from basil in the last 2 1/2 years. Had a 2017 Equinox Towed in as it was completely in operable. I have been waiting for more than two days for a callback and the car has not yet even been seen. I have called three times and been brushed off being told you didn’t have an appointment and we’re very busy. Had I known I needed an appointment for a new car to be completely in operable of course I would’ve scheduled an appointment.
