Terrible experience with my recent dealings with the collision department. Started on Sept 9 and still ongoing. They communicated to me that my repair should take roughly 6 days. Two rental cars later and late November they gave me my car back but work is not 100% completed. Extremely poor communication throughout the process. Within the first month, I called and left messages 3 times with no response.
