I took my truck in for collision repair after I hit a deer and the costumer service from joe basil was horrendous on top of being lied to they never once responded to the messages that I left and hung the phone up when I called to check up on the state of my truck a day after I was supposed to have it back not to mention they didn’t call me to let me know the truck wasn’t going to be done on time. They kept me waiting 3 hours the day I picked up my new vehicle because they couldn't get my new insurance cards. That should have been done before I even arrived. Then, two days later when they finally got my insurance cards, they offered to bring them to my house and we arranged a 7pm meeting. The guy then did not show up until 7:35, claiming it was hectic at the dealership, so essentially screw the guy who already paid. I will tell anyone who will listen not to go to Joe Basil.

recently had my Truck repaired by Joe Basils team. they did a wonderful job. only thing is they didn't clean out the interior so I have all this white dust from I'm assuming sanding before paint. but other than that I highly recommend them.

My truck started was a problem, it was on back order due to GM strike ,Basil gave me a car to drive while I was waiting for a replacement to come in.

I use the Kwik Lube oil change bldg for my oil change and tire rotation. No need for appts. Service is pretty good. They recommend other services, but don’t pressure you to get it done. You’re in/out within an hour or so depending how busy. Plus you get a free car wash that’s located behind the bldg, good for 30 days.
