Over charged for labor, poor customer service. They were more worried about having the shop closed by 8 than informing me about what was wrong with my truck and that it failed inspection because of a small crack in the windshield. I was driving down transit and noticed no inspection sticker. They didn’t tell me until I turned assertions and went back.

I went basil on recommendation of my family who all have bought and been recommended to basil. I went with my stepdad and struck a deal that I was so excited about and I bragged all weekend about how excited I was. I went there on Monday to pick up my keys and turn in my old plates without my stepdad which was my biggest mistake. I was told the actual monthly payment was actually almost 80 dollars more a month and I was told the quote was based on an assumption of my credit score.
