I went in for an oil change. Although everyone was super friendly and courteous they said it would be about 40 minutes. After an hour and a half I went out to see if my car was close to being ready. They checked for me and said they had to send out for an oil filter and forgot to let me know. I always go to basil and will continue to go. They do excellent work and I’m sure this was a fluke as I have always received good service. To be continued 😉
