Sent me back and forth between body shop and service center for a window repair -\-\ took 4 days to fix and inconvenienced me out of a car. I'm a student and need my car to get to/from class and work. Was told by the body shop that it was a service center job, but they sent me over to the body shop because they were busy and did not want to "deal with it because they're backed up" -\-\ so it was wasted time.
