though never dealt with Basil had an emergency with a flat tire. call asked if they could help out if I pulled in for tire repair. they handled the repair courtesy and professionally. Done is 30 minutes and was on my way
Staff is friendly and honest. I feel comfortable when I bring my car there that they are not going to take advantage. They let you know when something will need attendion in the future
i brought serval cars from Joe Basil and was well pleased. i also had repairs done there and appreciated the great work done on my car. kudos to Joe Basil.
