This morning I came in for an oil change , was provided exceptional service, by being greeted , educated with products and overall friendliness . Five star service, it’s worth the drive for me to come for my oil changes as I know I’ll be treated well.

I prefer to use your kwik fill for my service. The guys there are very helpful and prompt. I have only used your service dept twice. The first time I dropped my car off at 6am used your drop box. Marked I wanted a oil change and to check my brakes. I will be there to pick up my car at 4. I arrived and no one had touched my car. I tell them just give me my car ill bring it back another day. Horrible service from start to finish!!! Not even worth one star. Have this place at least a try for 3 years and I’ve never been so unhappy. I’ve bought 8 cars in my house hold over the years and one of them from this place. Never again. I rather drive an hour to a dealership instead. I will say their regular service for oil change and tire rotation is good but nothing else is. When you call for information of follow up of any kind don’t expect a call back from them anytime soon. They will make you run around before they fin... read more
