I would never recommend basil resale on transit. I worked with Craig Thomas who extremely lacks in customer service skills. I visited their location today and was given poor advise on how to turn in my lease. After deciding that we would be purchasing the truck after following through with his advice, we went through the hassle of the process he said he would do himself. This is a great dealership. I bought an Explorer here back in 2014. Good simple experience with no pressure sales techniques. In the 6 years I have had the vehicle I have had a couple of issues that the dealership, and specifically John Kramer (who is a real credit to your organization), has helped me out with when they really didn’t have to. This is the type of commitment to customer service that will result in me returning to buy my next car. Thank you and keep up the great work!
