Oil change and transmission flush. Advisor looked up my record and found that the trans was flushed 10,000 miles ago. Without his honesty I would have had them do it again. Everything was excellent. I can get the oil changed for less at a quick oil change place but I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of your service.
My experience was good as usual. The service I had was an oil change and serviceperson, Brian explained everything quite well. I had other issues with questions and he answered those most completely, even though I wasn't having the work done on that day. I was in an out in a little over an hour, which I thought was reasonable..

I love my CR-V. As a retired businesswoman, I am continually impressed with the professionalism, and knowledge of your personnel, specifically: George Jablonski, (Salesman), and Brian, (Service Department Tech). They had my part and had it done when they said they would. That is all I can expect, plus the car wash is always nice.
Oil change completed, but I also had concerns about the AC blowing warm on the driver side. Brian Simciew got me in within an hour.
For the first time in 20+ years using Riehl(Mitchell) Honda I got quite a surprise when picking up my vehicle to find no wash job. Sadly, I did not have that same feeling of being appreciated and my vehicle "pampered". I understand Riehl being economical and ecological these days, but don't you think you could at least give the customer a chance to turn it down? Continuing this small amenity really enhances the consumer experience.
