very happy with the staff & the service .They are awesome friendly' very helpful and reassuring and honest .
At first....not so good. When I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for today for an oil change I was told "I don't have my appointment book in front of me, what time do you want to come in"? I said around 11:00 am, he said okay. When I got there today I was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 Hours because I didn't have an appointment. When I explained the telephone call they took me right in. Service was very good. Vehicle was returned clean and all service complete. Your Direct TV was down, we could only watch their advertising channel - suggest you get cable.
The service advisor was extremely friendly, helpful and made my very first service experience with my new Honda Civic pleasant.
I was so happy to be taken home while repairs were made, and picked up after. The driver was friendly and courteous. I was treated with respect at the dealership. They made the whole ordeal much easier than I expected it to be. The car wash was a happy surprise. Thank you . I'll be back.

90,000 mile maintenance for my 2010 Honda Pilot. Bobby Baize was very friendly and professional. So was the cashier (I forgot her name, older lady). My car was returned to me in great shape and the outside was cleaned. 100% satisfied.
worst dealer in michigan. do not bring the vehicle there for service. they scratch the car and refuse to fix it.
Rick was fabulous. He went above and beyond. We traveled further because of a not so great experience at a Honda dealership in Troy. Thank you for fixing our Honda Civic so quickly and at a great price.
