Excellent. Was expecting to spend a lot of money on repairs. Because of Honda service and their honesty, I drove out only paying for a requested transmission oil change and diagnostic check. The transmission oil change is more expensive than at the oil change places but I trust the service department to get it done right. This is the only dealer service that I trust. My van was ready when promised. When I need service on my Honda vehicles, this is the only service place that I go to. Thanks for a GREAT job.

. John and Aaron, the mechanic, explained the problem to me thoroughly and recommended what needed to be repaired. John and Aaron both took the time to show me literally. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely return to this Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda Cadillac in the future.

We didn't have to bring the car in. Dealer came out to pick up the car and left us a loaner. Then they came back with out car and took the loaner.
It was great except for trying to schedulae an appointment. It took me two day and 6 trys to get threw .
My experience has always been 5 star. Jarrod and Randy couldn't be more "Friendly" and helpful. From them to the cashiers to the porters and everyone I have connected with the survice and treatment has been top notch. My viehicles are always fixed, problems found during repair are brought to my attention and options given to help make my decisions. It's nice to have a dealer that goes out of their way to treat me with respect and dignity fix the problems and get me back on the road quickly. THX and regards, Greg
