Brought my car in because my better in my key fob was showing low. Pulled in got out they had me and my Grandson go into a waiting room. It look about 25 minutes and service guy came back and said, you are all taken care of. The battery was changed and they washed my car and I was all set.
Satisfactory visit. Needed only routine maintenance and received it. Received a friendly greeting, offer of coffee and comfortable wait. A service report was given after service was completed and payment station was polite and prompt.
I went in to get an oil change. I've been in a few times before and the people there are always very polite, professional and friendly. I wouldn't ever think to go anywhere else.
It was very good. I drove my car right in and was immediately greeted by a service person. I was asked what brought me in, and I told him I came in for an oil change. He explained to me that they would change the oil and inspect my CRV for any problems.
I had a very pleasant service experience with work orders361793 and355359 . The write up staff and cashier were top notch. Your service mechanic staff is efficient an well knowledged. At about 1:30 PM Thursday 19 December 2013 I drove my 2010 CTS into your dealership for service for the first time since arriving in Michigan in October from southern Indiana. My windshield washer fluid had frozen up, blocked the pump and blew a fuse. I was back on the road at about 3:15 PM with a new fuse, a fluid flush and refill [more appropriate low temp fluid], and a wash job. What a job well done!! Thank you for your service personnel and their attention to my needs
We were returning buyers and it was as great this time as it was the last! Fabulous!
