My Service Advisor Bobby Baize was very friendly and accomodating. I had an oil change and some safety recall work done. The repair technician finished the job sooner than anticipated, which was a blessing. Further, the Cashier Louise was very kind and as usual always smile. I believe that Honda Motors of America which is based in California should be very proud of the service employees here at your dealership, perhaps they can learn positive public relations from these service providers at Jim Riehl's on Hall Rd.
I brought my car in for a routine oil change. Everything went well and the service was performed in under one hour - all to my satisfaction
The service was fast, efficient and made my car run better than ever. I had the oil changed and regular needed service done . THe transmission and cooling systems were renewed and that was good. Tires were rotated, but i think they need some rebalancing especially on the freeway as i notice some difficulty with steering at a high speed. Thanks

I just bought a used Honda civic from these guys and had an awesome experience . I had real bad credit and Tue finance guy ryan did an awesome job of getting me my new car. I would recommend them to anyone . They were very patient with me and explained to me the whole buying process . I am so thankful I needed this new car so bad now I can go out job hunting and get back on my feet. Great job guys and thanks so much .
My husband and I have had Honda and Acura leases since the mid-90'sWe have been happy with each one. We have dealth with several dealers. When my lease was up I went where my current lease was. The same salesman spent sometime with me and gave me the costs but not in writing. I had commented that it was a little high. He didn't make any effort to negotiate at ll.
