Liars and thieves. Bought a truck and had a lifetime warranty until I was told to pay over 1800.00 for maintenance. Who has that kind of money at the drop of a hat? Even when I had a warranty they didn't repair my truck correctly then was told were done with this truck. I would love to talk to the owner.

Unfortunately, in addition to new plugs, wires, a distributor cap and rotor, it appears your 2002 Ram pickup’s upper and lower intake gaskets are leaking. When factoring in the necessary parts and labor, we believe that the price you were quoted is both accurate and competitive.
I had my first oil change on my Jeep. The service department was great. I tell every one that know me about my jeep and the excellent service that that they provide.

Worked with Nick Martin on trading in a 2013 T & C for a 2017 grand Caravan. Had a list of must haves and Nick and all at Jim Brown came thru a great van at a fair price. Going forward they have earned any future business I can give them or refer to Nick and Jim Brown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

In and out within about an hour: oil changed and tires rotated. Very cordial (as always). Computers a bit slow b/c of the after effects of Hurricane Irma, but not the fault of the dealership. Will be back again for next oil change in a few months.
Excellent service and my warranty forever worked out again. Their service department is first rate. got my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 back to me in a couple of days and I was in a free rental car while they fixed my car.

My daughter had her van serviced paid 100 dollars. Got to Florida line broke down tire pressure low. The tech broke the valve stem off and just put the cap back on the valve stem didn't say a word also the brake rotor has fresh damage. Called they said get it fixed and they will reimburse them. My four grand children are in the car in a strange place broken down because Jim brown dodge tampa messed up. I suggest taking all ur service needs elsewhere people on phone not very polite. I purchased a Dodge ram. 1500 and I truly hate trying to buy a key for that truck every 6 month. ...insurance should cover the cost at least long as you paying on the truck. .......
