I had my Rem truck serviced for a waterpump recall. Was told about 2-3 hours wait. OK came prepared. Work was done in 1 1/4 hours and back on the road in time for breakfast. Great service as always.

Emailed Ben about a truck I was looking for. Explained the options, and color options with him, as well as budget. Ben got back with me with a selection that would fall within my budget. I made arrangements to stop in and take a look, and Ben showed us 6 trucks. Informed Ben which truck we would like to move forward on, and he got the ball rolling with George. I was not pushed or hassled. I was offered extra options to the purchase but was not pressured when I declined. The free lifetime warranty on the used car I bought is unprecedented anywhere else around. The service of picking me up an hour away in rush hour traffic to facilitate me driving the car home was truly exquisite customer service. The in house financing was lower interest than I could obtain anywhere else.
