Clayton in their service department is amazing! When another local Jeep dealership wasn’t willing to even talk to us, he was kind enough to take our call and get us squeezed in when our air conditioning suddenly stopped working (on a long, summer weekend when we have a 4 hour drive home, no less). The whole time he kept us updated and was exceptionally positive and had a great attitude. Such a great customer-facing representative of the dealership!

When another local Dodge dealer couldn't service my vehicle for more than a week, Julie with Jim Browne worked me in to get the repair done next day, did some extra research on her own and was able to get my work completed for much less than the other location! Quick, fast, great service. Would highly recommend. Took the extra step unlike some others would especially when dealing with service departments.
