RecommendedService Assoc. Clayton was great about taking in an emergency breakdown. Helped me with car rental and best of all kept me updated and advised throughout our service call. Also, he treated me and my guesses about the van with real interest and respect. Good and fast service for a moderate size job that could have been a disaster-no oil. Thanks to all.

I have driven from Lakeland Fl to Jim Browne in Tampa to purchase my last 4 vehicles. I tried the Dodge Ram dealership in Lakeland but the staff wasn't very friendly and they couldn't get to the price I was willing to pay. Jim Browne dealership met my expectations and payment. I took my vehicle to Tampa for the recall and will continue to take my vehicle there for such work. I was given the run around at the Lakeland dealership even after making an appointment. I drove to Tampa and Jim Browne dealership took me right in.
I have bought 2 cars from Jim Brown and I am a hard guy to sell a car too I have a dodge dealer right next to me 4 miles away I have o drive 30 miles each way to Jim Brown Dealers ship to get a fair deal the guys at Jim Brown are good people to deal with give them a try what do you got to lose just a few hours thank you guys for making a good deal for me Rick Bruno
On my most recent visit I give Jim Brown 3 stars, 5 on all past visits. I had the service for the cruse control recall taken care of, excellent work with that. Also had them look at an issue with 2 of my tires losing air somewhat quickly, drops from 36psi to 28psi in 2 weeks time & they are factory mounted. They said they found no issues. They probably should have remounted the tires to try to re-seal them to the rims but they didn't.
