Absolutely the best experience! My husband and I were in the market for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee for awhile and every other dealership wasted our time. Everyone was great here , our salesman Derrick was nothing but the best! No time wasted at all ! We also met Jim Browne himself , very nice guy ! Would highly recommend !
Everyone at the dealership was nice but it was under construction and a bit messy. The detailed didn’t do a good job detailing my car when I bought it and still had leaves and debris in it. Also I think if you buy a new car it should come with a full tank of gas. Not a $20 stop and fill.
I have been buying for Bob Wilson DCJ and continued with Jim Browne DCJ. upwards of 15 vehicles..II seam to be able to get most of what want. I did inquire about a Ram Rebel as a computer sale-- but when I went to the dealership - it was gone/ sold. I am still looking in the Tampa Bay region for the truck; right price right deal

Sales consultant, Paul Bock, provided the best and lowest pressure (i.e. no pressure) car purchase experience I've ever received. Finance Managers, Nick Martin and Michael Lanze, were extremely sharp, respectful, and efficient. The dealership "went the distance" to acquire the model I wanted. I'd have to say on all fronts - Perfection!
