Because service dept ripped me of for a 140.00 diagnostic that I didn’t need and also told me a part was bad that was not . Also tried to charge me for refrigerant add when they were just looking at heater and charged for a tire rotation and balance and when I went to pick up and pay as they were pulling Jeep around service guy realized they had not done tire rotation and had to wait an hour for them to do it. RecommendedJust bought my Ram 1500 REBEL, had a great salesman who went through the sale process very well. It's beautiful introduced me to the people who would help me in the future. Everyone very nice, and more than helpful. Needed a few things done before being picked up. Was done quickly, and exactly way I wanted. Thamk You Everyone especially my salesman.
Very specific instructions on how to rotate my tires yesterday...take right front out of rotation, put the spare in rotation...after leaving yesterday, I see the spare is still on the back, so I took it back again today. They put the spare into the rotation but the tire I specifically asked to take OUT of rotation is still on the Jeep! (yes, I marked my tires!) After spending 6 hours there, over 2 days, I won't waste my time to take it back...I'll find someone else that knows how to follow instructions!
