Taken the car several times for transmission problems. No one knows the problem with a warranted 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that's tugging, thudding, clunking and whirring. Cant hear a knocking around either on the front driver side. Took it last week and advisor claimed she drove it, her supervisor drove it and the service manager drove it. conflict is vehicle came back with the exact, if not less, mileage than when it was dropped off. how did they test drive it? remains to be answered.
